The Design Team at Pacific Landing reviewed numerous Raised Access Floor Systems before selecting the Maxcess Raised Access Floor System. Pacific Landing chose the 1000 lb. Panel with Corner Lock Understructure for use in it’s two 50,000 square foot buildings located in the new 40 acre commercial development park located in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The 1000 lb. Panel is constructed of an All Steel, Die Formed Bottom Tray and filled with cement. This combination provides exceptional strength under heavy loads and a solid feel underfoot. The Cementitious Filled Panel is available in numerous factory applied finishes, including Bare Surface, High Pressure Laminate, Conductive Vinyl, Stone and Rubber.

A Low Profile Floor System with a height of 6”was chosen over a 2.5”Low Profile System to allow ample room for additional Cabling Options and easy access to the Under Floor Plenum Cable and Wire Management Systems. The Understructure Supports are located on 24”centers instead of the customary 6”-7”centers to provide additional room for electrical components without any modification to the existing understructure.
